Originally from Evansport, Ohio, Jes worked on her grandparent’s farm and for the family real estate business during middle and high school. She was the first to accept a corporate role after college as a financial analyst with General Electric; but it didn’t take long before she started her own company, making her a 4th generation entrepreneur. Today, she’s the Executive Director of Leadership Triangle a non-profit established to educate and develop transformational leaders and co-founder of Black Wall Street Homecoming. Jesica is also the founder of a boutique event production company specializing in providing professional event management services for organizations. Clients have included the Cincinnati Bengals & Cleveland Browns (NFL), Cleveland Cavaliers (NBA), The Procter & Gamble Company and Pepsi Cola North America.
Prior to Leadership Triangle, Jesica served as the Director of Corporate Partnerships for Capitol Broadcasting. She’s managed the partnership relationships for Google, Google Fiber, Wells Fargo, Fidelity Labs, Lincoln Financial, Audi, Lenovo, Duke I&E, CFCU, RTP, BCBSNC and others.
Jes serves as a William Peace University Board Trustee and is active on the Boards of Youth Villages (Chair), Prevent Child Abuse NC (Chair), United Way of the Triangle and Carolina Theatre.
Jes moved to North Carolina 12 years ago and devotes much of her spare time to the community, cheering for The Ohio State Buckeyes and globe-trotting. Without question, her greatest gift is her sixteen-year-old son Tre’ who brings her joy & keeps all things in perspective!
